Permanent position located in Milton Keynes.
Due to expansion of our Technical Services division, an exciting opportunity is available to join Routeco as a Technical Services Trainee, and build a career while working to achieve electrical engineering qualifications. This role reports directly to the Technical Services Supervisor, and requires a commitment to a four year development program, with day release for further education: ONC/HNC Electrical Engineering. The role will include:
· Pre-sales
support and advice
· Telephone
support and sales
· Logging
and reporting of calls
· Provide
training and product updates (Customers and Routeco personnel)
· Process
tech-connect enquiries and contracts
· Assembly
Unit assistance, quotation, engineering, build, testing
Personal attributes to include a good telephone manner with the ability to work under pressure and be good with problem solving. Prioritisation of workload and adapting quickly to new technologies are also key.
