Technical Support Manager (Milton Keynes)

We are looking for an individual to run the helpdesk, manage the apprenticeship program, provide pre-sales support and advice including liaison with marketing and product management to raise product awareness and support branch internal technical sales team. Key responsibilities of this role include:


  • Manage and promote the Technical Helpdesk, ensuring that inquiries are managed within the Service Level Agreement
  • Provide pre-sales and Post -sales support and advice including liaison with marketing and product management to raise product awareness across the business
  • Co-ordination and mentoring for Tech Services Apprenticeship Program
  • Co-ordination and mentoring of Branch Internal Technical Sales team
  • Liaison with Routeco field based Sales Team, Product Sales Specialists & Automation Engineer
  • Formulation of sales tools using such as configuration sheets, presentation material etc...
  • Proactive management of  obsolete products and migration to new/alternative products within the business
