The PLX30 gateways from Prosoft are an ideal solution for the many applications where data needs to be transferred across distributed networks. The Ethernet/IP driver supports Adapter Mode, for a direct I/O connection capable of transferring 4000 words of data in 5ms, as well as Client/server support for messaging.

The Modbus TCP/IP driver used multiple Client and server connection providing faster throughput, while the Modbus Serial driver supports both master and slave implementations of the protocol. Whether ASCII or Modbus, each of the gateway serial ports is individually configurable to communicate to separate networks.
