We're Hiring in Milton Keynes!

We currently have four vacancies available at our Milton Keynes Head Office.

Technical Sales Supervisor- Milton Keynes

Based in Milton Keynes we are looking to recruit a Technical Sales Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide Pre-sales support and advice including liaison with marketing and product manager to raise product awareness , manage helpdesk, manage support capability of new products. Duties for this include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage and promote the Technical Helpdesk, ensuring that post sales enquiries are managed within the SLA's
  • Provide pre-sales support and advice including liaison with marketing and the product manager to raise product awareness across the business
  • Input into Routeco publications and website by liaising with Ecommerce Executive
  • Co-ordination, and mentoring for Tech Services Apprentice Program
  • Co-ordination of product literature and information for Technical Services Team

External Sales Engineer

We are looking to recruit an External Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have industry experience, technical knowledge and commercial acumen to continue to build relationships with existing customers and well as the drive and enthusiasm to secure new business. Duties for this include, but are not limited to:
  • Work closely with Area Sales Manager on all sales and commercial activities
  • The achievement of sales targets in relation to turnover and profitability
  • Business planning and review meetings
  • Present to various audiences subject matter of products and services
Warehouse Operative
 
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of general warehouse systems and practices in addition to keyboard skills. Duties for this include, but are not limited to:
  • Goods-in receiving, checking and put-away of shipments from suppliers to Routeco branches
  • Checking and packing of goods for despatch. Ensure products are suitably packed and correctly labelled
  • Accurately pick stock
  • Carry out stock checks
  • Work in accordance with Quality Assured and Health and Safety directives.
Assembly Wire-Person

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of general warehouse systems and practices. Duties for this include, but are not limited to:
  • Complete various LV assemblies as dictated by current orders
  • Transfer required stock from Logistic centre to manufacturing unit as required
  • Liaises with Purchasing/ Logistics to ensure timely delivery of bought in products
  • Maintain job packs and other associated paperwork with Job Packs.
  • Work with other team members of staff including other departments to streamline manufacturing process to maintain efficiency.
