Rockwell Automation's Software FactoryTalk VantagePoint EMI v4.5 now offers more reporting options including Enterprise Reporting, in addition to charts, trends, dashboards and analysis tools. Also, use eventing and notifications to have scheduled reports sent via email or SMS for better access to information in time to make critical decisions.Only FactoryTalk VantagePoint EMO collects, aggregates and correlates disparate data from manufacturing and production processes and business systems.
New Features:
- Access to the Model for Enterprise Reporting - Leverages SQL Server Technology to allow SQL Queries of the VantagePoint Model or use with reporting tools like SSRS
- Eventing/Notification - Get a report/email/SMS based on event triggers: items changing in the VantagePoint Model; or on a schedule
- User Access Control - Improved security and configuration for the Portal and Excel Add-in based on the user roles
- Simple non-developer environment enables new reporting (on knowledgebase)
