Brad Nano-Change® (M8) connectors and cordsets from Molex are designed to withstand harsh environments. Meeting IEC 61076-2-104 specifications Brad Nano-Change connectors provide an industry standard interface allowing intermateability with industry standard M8 devices and make them well suited for applications requiring a sealed connector in tight spaces, for example miniature sensores and actuators found in industrial control applications.

Molex Nano-Change (M8) cordsest offering include 3-, 4- and 5-pin designs and are available with threaded and snap coupling options in single- and double-ended versions, straight or 90°, with LED indication optional. The IP67 (threaded) and IP65 (snap) rated connector interfaces provide rugged, watertight connectors for harsh and wet environments. A patented anti-vibration feature prevents backout in high-vibration and mechanical shock applications. Gold-over-nickel-plated contacts feature durable, corrosion resistant plating that maintains low electrical resistance through the mating cycles.

The Brad Nano-Change (M8) product offering not only consists of cordsets but also includes receptacles, field attachables, accessories and distribution boxes. Receptacles available in a wide array of configurations including front and panel mount configurations with leads or PCB pins offer customers a variety of options to meet their requirements in different applications. Epoxy potted and IP67-rated Nano-Change (M8) receptacles are ideal for rugged, industrial environments.

Brad Nano-Change (M8) distribution boxes complete the portfolio and are available in 4-, 6-, 8- and 10-port, single and dual I/O versions with vertical or horizontal mounting allowing users a wide variety of options to meet application requirements. Fully potted housing ensures performance in vibration and fluid environments by providing IP67 rating and IP68 rating for the cabled versions.
