We want your feedback! Routeco Customer Survey 2014


Here at Routeco we understand it is vital to provide our customers with brand leading products matched with excellent service. By gaining regular feedback we can understand the areas where we can help improve our services and concentrate our efforts to benefit you.

We have opened our annual customer survey and would love to hear your thoughts. The survey will be available to take part in until the end November. Once you have taken part in the survey your details will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win £250 worth of high street vouchers, just in time for Christmas.

Our charter below sets out the quality of customer service you can expect from us, and also explains how you can help us to improve our service to you. The charter is our promise to provide consistent, professional and high quality customer service by:

  •  Providing on-time delivery of products to the right address, in the right quantities.
  •  Valuing and responding to our feedback and input.
